Hey !!! You really need to search this English motorcycle mechanic on youtube. The guy is brilliant. Step by step patient instructions. I have swapped 2 chains sprocket kits and bleed breaks all the time. Bleed breaks so fast without fancy tools. So easy ROCK SOLID. (dats what she said)

When we don´t like a certain bike, we always find the issues on it to justify. Calling the GS big, heavy and cumbersome..?? well, is not small and light, that´s for sure, but is in the same ball park as the other maxi trail, like your precious Multistrada.. but I didn't hear you say about the Ducati. In fact, I tried all of them, GS, 1290, Triumph and multistrada, and definitely, the one it´s eaiser to drive, due the low center of gravity, is definitely the GS. Anyway.. Lucky we have so many bikes to choose from, and we have different tastes, but I tend to give more credibility to those who present valid arguments and/or based on personal taste.. and that´s fair, and not say that a motorcycle is what it is not, associating negative characteristics, when all others also have them. Full disclosure, I do prefer GS, as an overall package, but I love the Multistrada, just the engine in the middle and high revs, it's not for me. The Triumph is weird, it's not goos at anything, and the KTM has a great engine after the 5000rpm, but everything else is not matching the boxes for a daily bike.

the rsv is so much better , ive ridden the sp1 and the rsv , the honda feels dangeriously heavy piggy in fact , the engine not enough horse to make the fun factor , an old cbr400rr would be more fun , however its not that bad , the tl1000r with two brothers pipes is alot more fun and such a wicked exhaust note , the honda never had that sound and they were very comparable bikes

No. I think this is driven by insurance companies, they charge riders hundreds and thousands per year and they say on the end what you was doing is not covered, too risky and they do not pay. The other side is the riders who think an insurance is there for buying the latest bike on finance which cost over 10k+ but they only pay by the month then they want to look like Rossi with no risk taken and no lessons learned. Track day should be for people can take risk, want to do mistakes, and learning from them. Buy a cheap bike and expect to write it off any day, no tears. Zero, nada. And same goes for the gear, helmet, buy a Level 2 armour and don't complain if the leather is ripped. C@nt$ are everywhere, it is your job to stay out of the way and be aware of your environment. I would say this goes for the road too but we pretended to be civilised so we pay the price.

There is a flapper in the snorkel, (vacumm actuated) thats what the flying sorcer thing with the hose is for, you want to remove the flapper because it reduces airflow to reduce emissions

Average speed zones are far better than speed vans. As long as you know where the first and last camera are. Go the speed limit or lower into first camera. Then you can go whatever speed you want and pull over for a minute or two before hitting the second camera 🤷‍♂️ average speed will be fine. I’ve heard 😅
